The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp (PAGCOR), the country’s gaming regulator and current operator of state-run casinos, is fulfilling a promise it made less than a month ago. In an effort to clean up the Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator (POGO) space, all POGOs must now apply for a new license. Operators have until September 17
